Coming from the south on M90, take Junction 8 signposted for St. Andrews. Continue east for about 8 miles. As you approach Auchtermuchty, turn left at the 30mph signs. Take the third turning on the left. This is a small, tight turn taking you into Leckiebank Road. Continue up this road – it becomes a farm road after about ¼ of a mile – continue a little further until you see Baincraig on the right.

Coming from Dundee on A92, about 13 miles south of Dundee, turn right at Melville Lodges roundabout onto the A91. This is signposted M90 heading for Auchtermuchty/Milnathort. Approximately five miles along this road you will reach Auchtermuchty. Continue through village until you cross a pedestrian crossing. You should then turn right, up High Street. You will go through the village square, and then pass some shops. Once past David Sands shop on your right, you will take the third turning on the right. This is Leckiebank Road. Continue up this road – it becomes a farm road after about ¼ of a mile – continue a little further until you see Baincraig on the right.
